• These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and somaa.ai
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• If you are using services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization
• We may update these terms at any time with reasonable notice
• Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms

somaa.ai provides enterprise AI solutions including:

• AI text generation and processing using OpenAI GPT-3.5 Turbo
• Custom AI persona creation and management
• Organization-specific data isolation and security
• Interaction history and analytics
• Administrative dashboards for organization management

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• One person or entity may maintain only one account

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.

Pricing and Billing

• Current pricing is ₹100 per AI interaction
• Payment is required before service access
• All payments are processed through Razorpay
• Prices include applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.

Permitted Uses

• Business and professional content generation
• Educational and research purposes
• Creative writing and ideation
• Data analysis and summarization

Prohibited Activities

You may not use our services for:

• Generating illegal, harmful, or malicious content
• Creating content that violates intellectual property rights
• Attempting to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
• Generating spam, phishing, or fraudulent content
• Creating content that promotes hate speech, violence, or discrimination
• Circumventing usage limits or payment requirements
• Sharing account credentials with unauthorized parties

Platform Ownership

somaa.ai retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform, including but not limited to software, design, trademarks, and proprietary technologies.

User Content

• You retain ownership of content you input into our system
• You grant us a limited license to process your content to provide services
• AI-generated content belongs to you, subject to applicable laws
• You are responsible for ensuring your content doesn't infringe third-party rights

Third-Party Content

Our AI service is powered by OpenAI. Use of AI-generated content is subject to OpenAI's usage policies.

Your privacy is important to us. Our data collection and processing practices are governed by our Privacy Policy.

Data Security

Service Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, somaa.ai shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from use of AI-generated content
• Service interruptions or technical failures

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless somaa.ai from claims arising from:

• Your use of the services
• Violation of these terms
• Infringement of third-party rights
• Content you submit or generate using our services

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Dispute Resolution

1. Initial resolution through direct communication
2. Mediation if direct resolution fails
3. Arbitration under Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act
4. Court proceedings as last resort
